This moderate intensity cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility workout provides a fun and safe workout with minimal impact on the knees and other joints. This workout is good for anyone with injuries, joint problems, or anyone who loves the water. Swimming proficiency is not required but you must have a general level of comfort in the pool. If you are new to class please see the instructor before class begins to address any concerns. Come ready to make a splash and have a blast!
