The American Red Cross Babysitter’s Training Course provides youth (ages 11-15) with the information necessary to provide safe and responsible care for children in the absence of parents or guardians. Learn what every parent wants in a responsible babysitter. This course can help you interview for a babysitting job, perform first aid, learn diapering and feeding techniques, handle bedtime issues, and learn tips for having a safe and fun babysitting experience. Upon completion you will receive the Red Cross Babysitters Certification card. Class will be held at the The Park Street YMCA.

Class includes babysitter handbook, emergency reference guide and CD ROM. Please bring a lunch.
