Basketball Skills
Students learn shooting, passing, dribbling, defensive and offensive moves—all the basic basketball skills needed for school tryouts or the hoop over the garage door. It’s the same game with smaller hoops and basketballs so the skills can be learned and mastered, building confidence. Membership Required

Coach Marlon Moves (Pod Program)
Is your learning pod looking for something new? We all know that sitting in front of a screen all day is hard for kids and that they need time for movement and activity to keep their bodies, minds, and spirits healthy. The Y has got you covered.
Coach Marlon will be available to come to your learning pod and get them moving! Activity choices include — Basketball, Field Hockey, Fitness, Soccer, Track, and more. Eight-week session; Ages 4-10.

Soccer
Come learn how to improve on your shooting, passing, and scoring. Kids will learn soccer skills, learn new drills, scrimmage each other and work on speed and agility –all while learning the importance of fair play, team work and good sportsmanship. Player’s fitness and confidence will improve while building their soccer skills.

Gaga Ball
Gaga Ball is here! Your child will learn to play different varieties of Gaga Ball at Park St. regulation court. Gaga is a fast paced, high energy sport played in an octagonal pit. The more players the better! The game is played with a soft foam ball and combines the skills of dodging, striking, running, and jumping, while trying to hit opponents with a ball below the knees.

Sports Sample - Try Them All!
Fast-paced sports that are sure to get those muscles and bones back in shape will get kids back in the business of being kids. Samples include Basketball, Soccer, Baseball, Track & Field, and Sports Fitness (drills and skills). Membership Required

Tennis Technique
Held indoors in the Y gym, participants will have a great time learning skills and stamina as well as coordination needed to succeed. A perfect way for youngsters to learn hand/eye coordination and stay active.
